Adam Goodman
President
Goodmans Interior Structures


 

Adam Goodman, president of Goodmans Interior Structures, is the third generation to lead the family business. Prior to assuming the presidency of the company in 2004, Adam served as the General Manager of G2 Office Furniture Market, a division he founded in 1993 to serve small- and medium-sized businesses. In 2004, Adam also founded Coherent Structures, an independent construction sub-contractor representing a full line of modular building products for commercial interiors. He also is a part owner and serves on the board of Communications Integrators Inc, a manufacturer of modular power and voice/data products.


Laura Grafman
Executive Vice President
Scottsdale Healthcare Foundation


 

Laura was appointed Executive Vice President of Scottsdale Healthcare Foundation in 1992.  In the seven years prior, she served in a variety of Foundation capacities.  Laura was President of Scottsdale Memorial Hospital’s Auxiliary in 1982, and joined the hospital’s Development Office in 1983.  

Laura’s current responsibilities include major gifts, The Honor Ball, Circle of Distinction, and other special events.  She is a member of the Association For Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) and the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), and served on the Greater Arizona Chapter board of that organization for two years.  She received the AFP Fundraiser of the Year Award in 1990.  Laura is a Lifetime Trustee of The Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust.  

Before joining Scottsdale Healthcare, she was the Director of Student Financial Assistance at National-Louis University (formerly National College of Education) in Evanston, Illinois.  Laura attended Grinnell College, Grinnell, Iowa and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.  Laura has lived in Phoenix for 33 years and is active in a variety of community activities.


Brock Huttenmeyer
Senior Vice President
Adolfson & Peterson Construction, Southwest


 

Brock Huttenmeyer is the Senior Vice President of Adolfson & Peterson (A&P) Construction’s Southwest region and concurrently heads up A&P’s national Sustainable Practice.  He has more than 23 years experience in the construction industry. Prior to taking up leadership of A&P Southwest in 2007, he was the firm’s Preconstruction Director.  

Brock is a LEED Accredited Professional and recognized as a green building expert.  Adolfson & Peterson Southwest has secured a reputation for sustainable development innovation completing more than 10 LEED certified projects. Currently under construction are the LEED Platinum Reid Park Zoo School and LEED Silver Tempe Transportation Center.   

Brock holds a Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from Metropolitan State College, Denver, Colorado.

Kimber Lanning
Director
Local First Arizona


 

Kimber Lanning is an entrepreneur, arts advocate and community activist who works to cultivate strong, vibrant communities and inspire a higher quality of life in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. Lanning is actively involved in fostering cultural diversity, economic self-reliance and responsible growth for the Phoenix metropolitan area. 

In 2003, Lanning founded Local First Arizona, a grassroots, non-profit organization dedicated to raising public awareness of the economic and cultural benefits provided by locally owned businesses. In late 2005, Local First secured 501(c) 6 non-profit status, and proceeded with Lanning as the executive director.  The organization has since mushroomed to over 1,500 members, and Lanning works extensively with city and state policymakers to create a supportive environment for entrepreneurs of all sizes. 

Along with an advisory board of dedicated, local business owners and civic leaders, Kimber pursues the dual goal of establishing vibrant and culturally unique businesses at the forefront of the valley’s identity, as well as creating a sustainable and healthy region through the implementation of diverse local economies. She works to inform, educate, and motivate consumers to support local enterprises, and encourages public policy that enables locally owned and operated businesses to thrive. Lanning was most recently appointed as a director for the City of Phoenix Development Advisory Board.


Scott D. Sutherland
Vice President & Market Manager

Scott Sutherland is Vice President and Market Manager for Bonneville International Corporation’s Phoenix Radio Group, which includes stations News/Talk 92.3 KTAR, 987 The Peak and Sports 620 KTAR.
                                                                                         
Sutherland joined Bonneville in 2005 where he served as Director of Sales for Bonneville’s Phoenix stations, FM News 620 KTAR, 98.7 The Peak FM and Sports 620 AM.  Most recently, Sutherland served as Vice President/Market Manager for Bonneville’s Seattle group of AM News/Talk 710 KIRO, B97.3 FM (KBSG) and KTTH AM 770.  When he joined Bonneville Sutherland brought with him 12 years of radio industry experience, including a 10-year tenure with CBS Radio/Infinity in Phoenix. While there he held several senior positions including Account Manager, General Sales Manager, and Director of Sales.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona in 1990. He and his wife, Amy, have been married for 12 years and are the parents of three children, Matthew, Christopher, and Elle.  His personal interests include music, travel, reading, and sports.
 


Peter Wolff
Executive Vice President of Planning and Development
The Wolff Company


 

 Peter Wolff is a principal and Executive Vice President of Planning and Development. He is responsible for entitlement, design, and vision for all urban mixed-use projects undertaken by the company. Peter is also responsible for the physical plant asset management of the company's real property portfolio. 

Peter is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and an advisory board member at Arizona State University's Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program. Peter is a graduate of Washington State University and has nearly two decades of experience in managing, owning and developing real estate projects.
